Do You Want A Raise?
 A Better Job?
Or A Career Change?

Well, of course you do... who doesn't want to get promoted or earn more?

Then the real question is - How do you become more valuable in today's workforce?

There are countless career and negotiation books out there, as well as an endless supply of gurus and resources... yet somehow we still have a gender wage gap?

Because none of these tools focus on showcasing how YOU BECOME MORE VALUABLE in the eyes of the market.

This is why billions of women today settle for mediocre jobs and for less than they deserve to be earning.

And while it's OK to get stuck or find yourself at a crossroads in your career...
It's NOT OK to stay stuck and settle for less than a career you love and the salary you deserve.

But how do you change this?

First, you need to understand your current market value. I do this by buying live market data... the same kind of premium data companies use to set your salary.

Second, you need to have a clear vision of where you want to go. Picture yourself sitting in that leather chair in your high rise, corner office.

Too often I see women "lean in" and advocate for themselves, but let's face it, if you don't know what you're asking for, what's the point of leaning in?

Third, you must get clear on industry dynamics and how to increase your perceived market value

I've found that it doesn't come down to your resume or LinkedIn profile, but rather your ability to influence how the entire market sees you. Think hostage negotiation tactics, blended with marketing and the art of persuasion.

Once you understand how to increase your perceived market value, you need to understand how to advocate for it
Because negotiating for what you want hinges as much on the negotiation strategy you devise, as it does on your non-verbal cues and your ability to READ the situation.

After having helped thousands of women all over the world, this is what I know for sure:
Other than the market pricing tools, I'm certain you already have everything it takes to advocate for yourself.

So with the steps I've outlined above, I encourage you to go ahead figure this out on your own, or look at some of the other tools on my website.

But if you find you're in need of a little extra help, or you need results ASAP, then I invite you to set up a coaching call with me

What Other Ladies Are Saying...
Let's face it.
But as a woman, YOU have some incredible tools at your disposal RIGHT NOW to bypass inequality and negotiate BEYOND an enviable salary… You’ve just never been taught how to master them.
I’m here to show you how.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does a Coaching Session with Olivia cost?
My rate is $500 USD per session, and I'll bring along your market pricing analysis, along with all my other tools and strategies so that we can map out the blueprint for you to finally achieve that overdue raise, promotion or career pivot.

My average client raise is over $15,000 per year, and several have negotiated +$100,000 salary increases.
And the beauty of a salary increase is that you will reap the dividends year after year...

Think about it.
What would you do with an extra $15,000 per year?

So this where I ask you:
Don't you think a $500 investment in yourself is worth it?

Do you have a guarantee?
If by the end of our session you don't feel like our call exceeded all your expectations and that the advice I gave you didn't show you how to earn at least an extra $15,000 this year alone, let me know during the call and I will refund your money immediately.

I tried to book an appointment, but got prompted to join a waitlist?
Often I run out of slots, and if this is the case, you will be prompted to join the waitlist. My team will notify you as soon as openings become available.

Will you help men as well?
Of course.
